Philipis the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Markets US Networks andAdministrative Services (USNAS) business of UnitedHealthcare Global. In hisrole, Mr. Brun is responsible for new business sales and client retention forUSNAS’s UnitedHealth Access, Hygeia network and arbitration solutions. USNASprovides medical cost containment solutions to U.S. and international insurers,reinsurers, third party administrators, assistance companies, self-fundedplans, government entities and expatriate programs globally. ​

Priorto joining UnitedHealthcare Global in 2006, he was an International SalesDirector for Hygeia Corporation. Before Hygeia, Philip held anumber ofpositions at AvMedHealth Plan (a Florida based HMO) as Director of Proposal Development, SalesDirector (large group HMO) and as Director of Self-funded Products. He alsospent seven years working in the UK as a medical assistance operations managerand head of expatriate health sales, service and product development for aleading UK assistance company.​

Philipgrew up in the United Kingdom and has lived in France as well as the UnitedStates.
