Phil Lord is the Vice President of the International Patient Center at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he leads operations for a program that supports patients seeking world-class oncology care from around the globe. He oversees a multidisciplinary team and partners across the Institute to ensure international patients receive seamless, culturally sensitive, and personalized care.

Phil also advances global strategy by expanding international patient outreach, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening international partnerships. With more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, he has led initiatives across academic medical centers, specialty hospitals, and global health programs.

Before joining Dana-Farber, Phil held senior roles in international operations, finance, revenue cycle, and patient services at leading U.S. health care institutions, including Mayo Clinic, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Washington University Physicians.
