Noam Baruch

As Head of Passport to Healthcare, Noam is responsible for leading Aetna International’s claims administration solutions product in the US for international self-funded organizations and insurers.

Noam Joined Aetna International in 2012. Prior to joining Aetna, Noam held several leadership positions with global insurance, TPAs and health services companies including AIG Travel, United Healthcare International (UHI) and UnitedHealth domestic networks. At AIG and United Healthcare, Noam was instrumental in procuring and implementing new cost containment solutions as well as developing and managing global provider network. In addition to his corporate experience, Noam has served as advisor on cross-disciplinary solutions for public and private sector clients in the travel assistance, medical travel and medical cost containment industries.

Noam received his Bachelors in Business Administration and marketing from the School of Business at Adelphi University. He resides with his wife and three kids in Long Island, New York
