Ministry of Health (MOH). Served as Director General of Public Health; Director General of Planning; Director General of each of Iraq’s two largest medical directorates, Al-‐Karkh Medical Directorate (Baghdad), with 23,340 employees, 12 hospitals, and 120 primary health centers that serve a population of +/-‐ 4 million people, and Al-‐Rusafa Medical Directorate, Baghdad, with 14,000 employees, 23 hospitals, 120 health centers, including facilities and programs for infectious disease, trauma, and cardiac care.
