AMAAL ALDAKHEEL, MD

Dr. Amaal Aldakheel is the Director of International Healthcare Services (IHS) at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH&RC), a position she assumed in July 2024 as part of the hospital’s strategic organizational transformation. In this role, she has led a transformative journey to streamline international patient services within a tertiary care environment, enhancing operational efficiency and driving a strategic global outreach for the Medical Tourism.


Dr. Aldakheel actively represents KFSH&RC in prominent international healthcare forums, contributing to strategic dialogues on global patient care and medical tourism. Notably, she and her team have made impactful contributions at the 2025 Arab Health Exhibition in Dubai and the 2024 Medical Tourism Forum in Riyadh, solidifying the institution’s vision as a globally recognized hub for cross-border healthcare.
A physician neurologist specializing in Movement Disorders. She currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director of the Neuroscience Center of Excellence (NCoE) at KFSH&RC. She holds an academic appointment as Assistant Professor at Alfaisal University, reflecting her dedication to both clinical excellence and academic mentorship.


Dr. Aldakheel holds an MBA from HEC Paris with a specialization in Services Management from Singapore Management University (SMU). This unique blend of medical expertise and strategic leadership capabilities enables her to effectively drive innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care, embodying her vision of delivering integrated, world-class healthcare services to an international patient community.
